Paul joined MGH in 2001. Paul has worked across Europe, Middle East and Africa, and was lucky enough to be able to spend substantial time living in the cities of Stockholm, Prague and Vienna.
Paul has worked with many aspects of the after sales business from warranty repair pricing negotiations with service vendors through to board level regional strategies for reverse logistics. Paul has now been managing his own work stream for approximately 2 years and in doing so has completed a number of projects on time, within budget and with proven return on investment for the client. Currently Paul is working as a Project Manager and is concentrating on building business in the European and MEA geographies for MGH.
“When I started it was something of a baptism of fire. We were much smaller then and from the start I was heavily involved in delivery projects . Things have changed a bit since then and there are a lot more people in the office, but there is still the same focus to take personal responsibility to get things done on time and to the best possible quality.
MGH standards of working are high, so when you start it is a daunting wall to climb. Once you are into the ways of working, it is clear to see the differentiating factors when comparing MGH to its competitors.
Consultancy could be said to be a science of matching social interaction with serious business. The trips that we have experienced as a consultancy with our clients have been incredible to say the least. Ice karting and snowmobiling in Lapland, smoking hubbly bubblies in Dubai, mad road trips through Europe from one meeting to the next. It is important to be able to build that social rapport with the client and it is something that MGH again takes great pride in doing.
The MGH team work extremely hard but this is well matched by their ability to play hard, whether it be MGH socials or client liaisons we always seem to have a crazy, adventurous and very entertaining time. This is a great attribute to the company and I will certainly do my best to keep it going, that’s for sure!”
